If you are looking for accommodation in Tobago look no further than Birdies Nest.

We have recently returned from a fantastic 3 week holiday there.
Birdies Nest is in a perfect location, a few steps away from the quiet end of Great Courland beach.

Within walking distance is Michaels bar where you can relax with a Carib and 'lime' with the locals. There are also a couple of restaurants within walking distance - the Seahorse, which serves international cuisine in a beautiful garden setting and also the Black Rock Cafe which serves local Caribbean food (fish, chicken or pork).

A short car ride away are several other restaurants - Shirvan Watermill, MeShell's, Melange to name just a few - all serving excellent food.

Birdies Nest is owned and run by Prince and his mum Princess. They were very good hosts, always asking if we needed anything. Prince also, on several occaisions drove us to the supermarket and was always offering to take us places.

Every day Prince came down to water his garden, which he loved, and we chatted to him while we enjoyed a drink relaxing in the last of the days sunshine. Prince is a nice guy, with a good sense of humour.

We can recommend Birdies Nest and will certainly stay there again.

Oh! beware of the Aloe Vera man, he pops up unannounced wanting to rub Aloe Vera onto you - it is excellent for mosquito bites, but it stains your clothes.
