Misleading description on website. No one to meet us on arrival at the port, as promised so we had to find our own way there (though Karin willingly met the cost of transfer).

Too close to main road to Crown Point airport therefore noise levels a nuisance all day and most of night preventing restful sleep due to the proximity of our room to the main road.

Though self-catering, we found kitchinette totally devoid of pots/pans/crockery/cutlery all of which had to be requested but not always provided.

Constant noise also from renovations taking place both at Kia's and at property in its immediate surrounds.

Karin though is a very friendly lady and could make this accommodation very attractive to customers by being more proactive instead of being reactive.
