St. Patty's Day in Tobago

OK, here's a weird request. Is St. Patrick's Day celebrated in Tobago? If so, where would be a good place to celebrate the holiday?

I am traveling to Tobago in March and one of my Irish American traveling companions is sad over missing St. Patrick's Day in the states (which can be a huge celebration). I told her I'd check into the situation in Tobago, as we will be there March 17.

I would suggest contacting Indigo (bar/restaurant) in Pleasant Prospect - the irish owners have often thrown St Paddy's day celebrations in the past and I can't imagine they'd miss this one!
