Skerrett's villa is located in Mt. Irvine, within walking distance of Mt. Irvine beach, Stone Haven beach, and the Grafton bird sanctuary. The main villa is fully equipped and has three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a private verandah to the rear of the property. There is also a self-contained studio apartment annex that can be rented separately, or can eb included as part of the main villa rental. Mt. Irvine golf course is a three minute drive away.
Situated in the Mt. Irvine area just three minutes walk to many fine beaches. This 3 bedroom 3½ bathroom villa is very spacious with air-conditioning in all bedrooms. In addition there if a one bedroom self contained annex that can be rented as part of the villa but at an additional cost. Fully equipped with private verandah to back of property.
