This place provided us with the most wonderful 3 weeks during the winter.
The location overlooking the beach enabled a quick walk to the water and ability to arrive at the most calm part of the day.....where the water is beautifully warm with enough coral life to make an interesting swim every day. Furniture was well chosen for comfort, as we spent a lot of time reading in the living room/porch overlooking the sea.
We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen......however, plentiful restaurants in the area made interesting nights when we decided not to cook.
Netting around the bed was very easy to deal with, however, mosquitoes were not a big problem.

The only downside to this location was the fact that it is right next door to a restaurant that plays very loud music one night a week.......well into the morning....., a bit annoying for those who like to go to sleep early.
However that being the only negative about this rental......we would love to spend more time there.
