J) Disputes

  1. We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
  2. If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible.
  3. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaint handling procedure, we will:
    1. let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and
    2. consider the need for Alternative Dispute Resolution and, if considered necessary, provide you with information about any alternative dispute resolution provider we deem appropriate to deal with your complaint.
  4. If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
  5. Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms.

We retain full copyright to the contents of the site and no text, photographs or graphics, may be copied or downloaded without the express written permission of the authors. We have no objection to readers printing individual pages of the site for personal use, strictly on condition that copies are not circulated to others, used or reproduced on any other website, in part or in whole, or used in any other form, without the express knowledge and written permission of the authors.

For example, we may wish to check whether enquiries were replied to in a timely/satisfactory manner, or ask you to post a visitor report if you placed a reservation at the property. In the case of visitor reports, we may wish to validate your report or ask for further information. However, we guarantee that all such mailings will be kept to the absolute minimum and will NOT be of a 'sales' or 'marketing' nature.

Credit Card Donations

Donations to myTobago made using the payment forms on our site utilise completely secure SSL server technology. All credit card information is encrypted by your computer and passed directly to the card processing service for onward approval by the issuing bank. No card information (other than your name and address) is passed to us.

Sharing & Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to the authors of the site for purposes of contacting you, or sending you emails based on your request for information.
