The villa is perched atop the hill in Riseland. Really an excellent view. The bedrooms were quite comfortable but without the AC it gets really hot during the day. The pool was a welcome relief from the sun. The living room set is in great need of an upgrade. The couches were quite dusty and visually unappealing, so we mostly avoided those for the weekend. The green patio set should also be refurbished. The housekeeper is quite pleasant and gave us a detailed tour of house and its amenities. There are quite a bit of bugs but nothing that can't be helped with some bug spray and mosquito coils. Overall a pleasant stay.
