pulling out of the gas station on milford road last night and, dropped in behind a london black cab.

not what i was expecting - anyone shed any light? looked good rolling along, great condition

funnily enough i was offered 2 x black cabs as a job lot recently but declined as i thought i couldn't use them. is it still the case that "antique" vehicles (over 25 yrs) attract much lower/zero duty and are effectively a "free" import ? might reconsider that decision !!!
