Yellow fever requirements travelling from Venezuela

Does anyone know if you definately require yellow fever vaccinations if entering T and T from non infected parts of Venezuela. ie we are spending a week on Margarita island and then flying to Tobago via Caracas and Trinidad (airports only.) Any advice appreciated.
