Getting Married at Rex Turtle

Hey there

i have been looking at this website now for a while and have noticed that no one has gotten amrried at Rex Turtle - Is there any reason for this - or is there anyone out there who can tell me what the hotel is like for a wedding venue in April 05.

Also, regarding getting married - this may sound stupid but what is usually the norm!! for the afters!!! of the wedding..... and how is the civil ceremony done exactly - own vows or what????

just wondering how my big day is kinda going to go.....

i would love to get some answers!!!

Hi Maeve

I saw at least 2 weddings at Rex Turtle during a week while I was there about 5 years ago ... they had one of those flowery archways for newly weds to walk through permanently sited in the Tropical Gardens.

I appreciate that much may have changed but there are wedding agencies in Tobago that you could check out, one of which is a contributor to this forum.

Next week we'll be off to Tobago to get married at the Rex Turtle Beach Hotel on May 6th. I'm very much looking forward to it. After we return, I can let you know how it was.....
