Castara to Sunday School

Post by Tony G »

Great site!

I will be staying at Toad Hall in Castara for two weeks in 2007 (end of Jan/beginning of Feb) with two friends. Last time I was in Tobago was 1999 and am really looking forward to returning.

We would like to go to Sunday School down in Buccoo and wondered what the transport options were from Castara. We will have a hire car for the second week of our stay but my partner (the only driver in our party) has previous experience of driving after dark on Tobago and is not willing to do it again. Any thoughts?[/b]

Hi Tony G. and David in Sunny Castara,

normally Porredge will bring the bus to Sunday School every Sunday. He is absolutely to recommend because he really takes care of his passengers and the price (100 TT$???) is reasonable.

I will surely hire him when I come back in February with four friends.

David, how does the Carib taste?

Enjoy Tobago and mabe, Tony we will meet in Castara?

Cheers

Hi Gisela

Thanks for the post. Sadly we will miss each other in Castara in February. We arrive on Tobago on the 25th Jan and fly back to the cold and damp of England on 8th Feb. But I wish you and your friends a wonderful visit.

I just want to get this Xmas thing outta the way and get me some sunshine.

Hi David,

I hope you leave some for me. I need only Carib but rum for my friends would also be nice. And say hello to Coddrington from me (I heard you are always hanging around there) and my best whishes to Skippa and Merville.

See you in 6 weeks!!

Take care

before this turns into a carib topic again...

some guests of ours went with porridge and he charged 300TT$ for two persons come and go. reasonable especially since he takes good care of you at the place, too.

enjoy
