Birdwatching

Post by John Hill »

This 15 - 16 & 17 August is the Rutland Bird Fair I am told that Newton George will be there on the Tobago Stand so anyone interested in birdwatching in Tobago the fair is worth a visit.
Any messages for Newton Steve :D

Hi John

I forgot that was your part of the country. If time permits, I'll pop up myself, although my trip with Newton and the research for our articles doesn't exactly qualify us as birders. I'm also worried about being around so many professional bird watchers - I might starting gettings twitchy (sorry, but I couldn't resist that  ).

Anyway, say Hi to Newton for me. To be honest, I haven't heard from him for many months, in fact since he checked over Jill's "Birds in Paradise" article way back around March. I wrote and told him after I published the completed feature, including the guide list and my review of our birding trip with him, but haven't heard anything. I hope he liked the article - it will hopefully do him some good.
