We stayed at the resort for the carnival 2008 and it was the worst accommodation we have stayed in on the island. the room was ok but the staff (bar the receptionist) were so rude and unhelpful to us during our stay. they made us feel extremely uncomfortable and even expected us to share our rooms with another family because they had overbooked themselves. extremely dissapointed i would never stay here again.
