The first thing we appreciated was the promptness of the response to our enquiry that we received from the Sherwood Apartments. We were pleased to learn that our rate included pick-up from and delivery to the airport. Upon our arrival, Nigel was right there on the sidewalk to greet us, and that was the beginning of a great stay. On our way to the apartments, Nigel drove us to the super market, so that we could stock up on provisions.

We found the room was nothing luxurious, but had all that we needed, and in very pleasant surroundings – overlooking the pool, with a view of the Atlantic in the distance, and we could watch the cocricos (Tobago’s national bird) come home to roost at dusk.

Throughout Nigel took good care of us. He had the answers to all our questions, took care of arranging a rental car for a couple of days, and was unfailingly cheerful and good company – even when we asked him to get us to the airport for the first flight out in the morning.

We would certainly recommend the Sherwood Park apartments for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on Tobago.
