Hello, we had a wonderful time in the Seaside Garden Guesthouse.
We are a student couple and both 28 years old and took some freetime from university. We stood over five weeks in the little village Buccoo.

The hotel is lead by an old german lady and it's very lovely decorated and clean.
All the rooms have their own airconditioning and compared to many other contries in the world where we went to, the ac's were very clean and we never became sick.

The manager Sheldon is a very friendly and helpful person who showed us how to cook caribean food and gave us sometimes a trip to the supermarket or to the capital city Scarborough. Furthermore he is an exellent massage and reflexology therapist, who can offers his services for a good price.

Beside that the hotel was very safe even when you let some things in the living room or in the tropical garden outside, you always got your stuff back.

The two dogs Toby and Angie were very nice, friendly and a little crazy. We spent a nice time with them , walking them at the beach and hanging out with them on the terrace.

The only bad thing in the village is that , if you have not so much money, it's not possible to get nice food, mostly just fast food like chicken/fish & chips or you have to cook on your own (for this the guesthouse has a fully equiped modern kitchen).

Another thing is the sunday school (a local disco, which is just one time in the week) which is close to the hotel. We would recommend for all people who like it very quiet to stay just on Sundays in another hotel or otherwise they can just join the party. Right before the party starts there are a lot of local food and souvenir boothes as well as different caribean steal pan bands and dancing acts.

Finally we highly recommend the Seaside Garden as a very beautiful tropical central and clean hotel right in front of the Sea, with a helpful staff and good room prices. Compared to many other small Guesthouses where we went to in Tobago it's for sure one of the bests.
