This apartment could not be more central and offers great value for money. Although it is directly above a bar, we were not in the slightest bothered by noise and in fact the comings and goings really added to our holiday. It is very close to the beach(2 mins walk)and has sea views and gorgeous sunsets. The hammock on one corner of the verandah has fantastic views of the village and yet felt quite private.
The bed is enormous and so comfortable.
The owner was really responsive and yet very easy going-a perfect combination.
The only slight downside was a need for more kitchen crockery and perhaps some more shelving for cooking ingredients etc.
This is a tiny criticism and it will definitely be our first choice of accommodation in Castara.
One point to note is that both apartments share a balcony which can be a bit restrictive. It is an ideal place for two couples/friends wanting to holiday together.
