Sheppy's phone?

Hi there,
We are coming in march and renting a car from Sheppy's. They say it comes with a phone for free? Do we need to get/bring a sim card or will it just work locally? Wondering if anybody knows how it works,

It'll come with a local pre-pay sim already installed.

Topping up is easy - they'll let you know where you can do this. If collecting from Sheppy at the Crown Point depot you have a cellular shop almost next door to their office.

It'll be good for local calls, SMS etc. Unless otherwise configured (ie, blocked) you will be able to make international calls with it.
