Me and 2 friends stayed at Shirma & Cliff's for 4 weeks during our elective. They were top hosts, picking us up from the airport & making sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay, including a list of trips to go on & trusted taxi drivers. The lift to the hospital every morning was really helpful, and always got us there with plenty of time to spare. We got taken to the veg stall and supermarket every week, which became enjoyable trips out via the 'doubles' stand for lunch.
The apartment (2 beds with 2 bathrooms) was massive and easily big enough for the 3 of us with room to spare. It had everything you would want for a longer stay and extremely good air con.
The apartments are walking distance from Bacolet Beach Club, which was where we spent a lot of our time - they let us use it for free and there is also a nice restaurant/ bar there for cocktails.
Shirma cooks meals on Sundays which were a really nice way to experience some of the traditional food such as salt fish bake.
I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable & secure place to stay in Tobago.
