We had an incredible time staying at Shirma’s in Tobago during our medical elective. Shirma and Clifford went above and beyond with their hospitality and making us feel welcome - they arranged to pick us up from the airport, took us to placement every morning and a food shop every week. Shirma also booked us on recommended excursions for decent prices, took us to try traditional Tobago food, gave us fresh fruit and veg from their lovely garden and cooked us an amazing lunch spread every Sunday. The apartments are very spacious, all with good kitchen and living areas. It is a great place to meet other students on their electives, as well as having access to a beach club a 15 minute walk away with a pool and private beach. Cannot recommend Shirma enough!
