Mary - soft-soaping me doesn't exclude you too, no matter how long you've got to go. Don't worry, no avatars photos will be passed to the Immigration services.
Actually, maybe we should send them to the Tobago Immigration services. Maybe they'll add a fourth "fast" track for arriving myTobago readers. (the other three are "slow", "dead slow" and "stop").

Hi Steve,
Pleased to see the photo thread has continued and how serious the discussion has become....... but very concerned that if we submit photos of ourselves then maybe you should set some ground rules so everyone can be judged fairly........ passport portraits only?

Hi Bob
Well, I don't think one of your rear-end would be quite appropriate.
We don't want the site to end up looking like a police "most wanted" list, so I wouldn't recommend unsmiling passport portraits. Happy smiling faces would clearly be appropriate. Lets look as if we're enjoying planning and discussing our holiday in Tobago.
The only rule I can suggest is that the portrait MUST be a genuine shot of the user. Remember that the avatar is very small, so full length photos will look naff. It needs to be a head or shoulders, but I can cut that out from any reasonable-sized photo. Other than that, I don't see any real reason for any real policies - unless you've thought of something I haven't?
p.s. My thanks to the two registered users who sent me photos for their avatars within minutes of me posting that original message. COME ON FOLKS - lets put some faces to the names and create some community spirit. No need to be embarassed!!!!
