as I wrote in another topic I know how to handle it Even when I go out in the night like Bucco or Golden Star or other places.

And Steph is right, Castara is a special place and the guys know what it means if you say NO. So Barbara, if you made bad experiances I'm really sorry for you but if you have been to Egyp like you wrote (or was it Janet?) you should know that there are places much worse than Tobago.

A woman traveling alone should have enough self assurance to handle this kind of situations easily.

I know that some guys on the beach migfht go after girl, but the ones that we had staying with us always got rid of them fast and had their peace on the beach, reason enough for them to come back.

I said I am sorry if anything happened to barbara, i am just tired of people making other guests feel insecure by just dropping a few words, like they know it all and not specify. did she talk castara? still no answer from that side. I live here and it feels bad to have people saying bad things. imagine someone opnened a forum about your hometown and people came saying it was bad and don't say why. just leaves a sour taste after a while.

I feel perfectly safe here, and even when I was here as a tourist, I told the guys off once and it was understood. but there are enough girls who enjoy the attention, and why not, these guys tell you, you look sexy like (sorry guys) most european men never say it in their lifetime.

so, if you enjoy it, don't complain afterwards and if it bothers you tell them off firmly! they will leave you alone. I fear there is nothing between these two.

so, girls, enjoy your holiday!

Well said Steph.It seems to me that there are more and more people who complain about something,and then say they didn't do anything at the time because they didn't want cause offence--yet they permitted the event to occur and,by some accounts,repeatedly occur without rebuttal.Perhaps I am being a little cynical?

Steph, you are totally right! And David, I totally agree.

If you want the action than enjoy (girls! the guys can make you feel very special! just don't believe everything). If you don't want the action just tell and people will let you in peace. I made this experiences many times and with me it always works to say "NO" or harder "GET LOST".

I'm getting rid of this topic!

RETURNED MANY TIMES,TOOK MY GIRLFRIEND THERE FOR MILENIUM CARNIVAL HAD A HOOLEY IN TRINIDAD WITH BRENTON & WOODY. WILL BE GOING BACK SOON (OCT 06) TO GET MARRIED ON LITTLE BAY, ALL WHEELS ARE SET IN MOTION THANKS TO ALOT OF HELP FROM MY LOCAL BUDDIES! I HAVE ONLY 12 MORE SHIFTS TO DO......
