Re: LIQUID SUNSHINE - Feedback
Yesterday was a day of heavy showers and sunshine. There was also some lightening over the sea to the saouthwest, first I've seen here.Today started clear but a few little clouds have bubbled up,but nothing frightening.

Re: LIQUID SUNSHINE - Feedback
Well yesterday turned into a shocker, mainly heavy downpours with occassionl sun shine.Today it has started off as yesterday-heavy showers and little or no sun
But do I care?No 'cause I am here and it must get sunny again

Oh no David that's not good, can you sort it out before we arrive please!!!
Maybe its my curse of bad luck arriving ahead of me, it will probably chuck it down the whole two weeks we are there!!

Carolee,I shall do my best-I'll sit on the beach and huff and puff and blow the clouds away!
Actually today is quite pleasant, plenty of hot sunshine with a few clouds that,at the moment, don't look to bad, however they are grey!

Hi David,
Yes I have to agree with Noe`s comments. I too smiled at the thought of you sitting huffing and puffing at the clouds. How very quintesentially English (or possibly Cornish in your case). You do seem to have had a very mixed bag of weather so far. I am fascinated by the way such a small island can have such varied conditions within only a few miles at any time.My contacts in the Crown Point/Store Bay area often have sun when you have rain and vice versa.
I booked my flight on Saturday and so the delicious anticipation of arriving in Tobago is growing! and yes I agree, who cares as long as you`r there. Keep having a happy time. We know you are doing your best

Just done a BBC 5 day forcast. All days up to Sunday show showers and Sunday shows a great big yellow sun no rain at all
Temperatures constant at 26/27. Nights 26 degrees- eek!
Knowing the Carabean weather even if showers show up the're gone pretty soon- usually. Just trawling back through this thread when in January 05 (I think) they had the worst rain ever, mudslides, the lot
I don't think Mr Watkins was very happy, as he'd been there for 18 days with rain
Hope we don't get a repeat of that

Yesterday in Charlotteville it rained all day and was cool enough for me to put my jeans and a sweatshirt on last evening. Today was really nice with just a bit of overcast so it wasn't to hot. The sea was almost calm, unusual for this time of year . David I am glad you are keeping the rain down there. We have not had much since the 1st. Chalk one up for the boonies. Phil
