Beautiful place.... Spacious,clean but bot kid friendly...the pools are not secured and apparently not cleaned or chorlined. My husband and both my sons bathe in the pool at the San souci villa and developed viral infections. Suffering with high temperatures at present.

We arrived monday 4th april 2016, we were told the pool was already cleaned for the day and later on that same day a man mowed the lawn and guess what? The pool was filled with grass.

The water kettle in the kitchen was bot working, i calles the 'care taker' so he said he was, he said if not later then in the morning I'll replace it only because my two babies needed hot water for their bottles...never was replaced. We used the security code provided. Place is nice as i said needs a little more attentiib and care. Especually the pool
