on again the weather in tobago

im planning to go to tobago again and i know sometimes rain sometimes sun - but wich period would you advice me if you had to choose?

from about mid july - mid august?
or from about mid august to mid September?

To be honest, the statistics show only marginal difference in sunshine and rainfall for the two periods, but the August/September period is slightly dryer. However, world weather patterns are so screwed up that its anybody's guess which would be best.
