If you only had 24 hours on Tobago!!!

Post by Neil & Lesley »

Hi all,

Hypothetically Speaking, If you were only allowed one 24 hour visit to Tobago:

What would be your 'must do'?
What would be your 'no way'?

And how would you spend your time?

24 hours . . . . . .

Depending on where you're staying, I would recommend (presuming good weather):

- visit Caribbean coast, Castara, lay back on the beach, have a drink there.
- have a lunch at Shore Things (Atlantic coast Lambeau), alternatively lunch at Backyard Cafe
- Mount Irvine Beach, hotel beach there, do some swimming / snorkeling, walk up to Surfers bar and Beach for afternoon beer/rum punch
- Have a local dinner in the Crown Point area (Bonkers/Kariwak)
- Be sure to relax, driving time will be minimal.

No way: Scarborough, Pigeon Point (instead take a break at beach beside Pigeon Point Road (on the way to Pigeon Point) if you have an hour left

Enjoy

Definitely Castarafor beer lunch and walk up to the waterfall
Englishmans Bay perhaps and drive on the North road to C'Ville, then over the ridge and down the Atlantic coast ending with dinner at Latitude11
no way Crown Point,Pigeon Point area or Scarbrough

-Lunch at Castara
-Afternoon of snorkelling/swimming/dolphin spotting on the caribbean coast with a stop off at No Mans Land and the Nylon Pool for some rum punch!
