Location: Peaceful, secluded accommodation set in lush gardens, attracting a wealth of birds and wildlife: located in the village of Black Rock, on the Caribbean coast on the west side of the island, 15 minutes from the airport, away from the more commercial tourist areas, yet within easy reach of all that Tobago has to offer and just a 5 minute stroll from the beach at Courland Bay - the perfect base for the independent traveller.
The Apartments: (2 studios and 1 two-bedroom): Each spacious self-contained apartment is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, with en-suite facilities, cable TV, a well equipped kitchen/diner (including cooker fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling and/or standing fans and each apartment has its own private veranda.

just returned from an enjoyable stay, on my own ... my second visit! For me it's ideal - simplicity with comfort, surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers and birds.This part of Black Rock is home to the local people, nothing 'touristy' about it, just a real down-to-earth village with a rugged, but lovely, beach at the end of the road and Grafton Beach just a short walk away.
No car, so I walked everywhere in the area and experienced nothing but friendly responses from everyone around and always felt comfortable and safe. The local vibe is part of the Black Rock experience.

The place was very clean, rooms were spacious, area very quiet and close proximity to supermarkets, beach and restaurants. I think the area is on the verge of getting dangerous. (The house needs to be relocated to a new area.)
