Lovely apartment ( the studio), lovely hosts and fantastic value for money.
The location is fabulous and felt extremely safe (despite what another reviewer felt).
Grafton Beach (5 min walk) is arguably the best on the island, except when seas are rough, with turquoise sea and gorgeous views.
As many have said, the bird life in the garden is fantastic and Liz and Vernon are super friendly people. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is adequate for low-maintenance travelers who are just looking for somewhere to sleep comfortably. We had a water problem and the area does not seem too safe; I wouldn't recommend for lone travelers. The location, however, is geographically ideal, near Grafton and all its neighbor beaches. There are hot water and mosquito nets, two of the best amenities, but we had to request towels and hand soap. If you prioritize comfort, this may not be the place, but if your group doesn't mind the simplicity and odd hiccups, I'd say go for it.
