Canaan is a quiet neighborhood near to Crown Point Tobago.We offer our visitors a special opportunity to live among the hospitable people of Tobago and truly experience the appeal of Caribbean living.Here in the garden at Tobago Lesville self catering apartments there are exotic species of fruit and flowers,coconut palms,mango trees and more,allowing for shady enjoyment of mother nature.There are quiet tropical lanes,green all year round,where you can stroll.
Life here is simple and very easy paced.Yet it is near enough to the Crown Point peninsular that our visitors can also easily enjoy Caribbean beaches at their very best.Within 5 minutes drive you will arrive at 3 of the finest beaches in the Caribbean,Store Bay ,Pigeon Point and Mt Irvine,a hub of tourist activities,with local restaurants and bars,night time entertainment,shopping and more.Nearer to our location are a bakery, where fresh bread and cakes are baked daily,two small local pubs,a green grocer selling fresh tropical fruits and vegetables and the largest supermarket in Tobago.
Crown Point is also the location of Tobago's airport-Crown Point International. We provide airport transfers for our guest.Scarborough,the capital of Tobago is a 10 minutes drive away.Points of interest there include a well preserved Fort King George with a very interesting museum of Tobago's history.
At Tobago Lesville we offer car and bicycle rentals,trip around the island and are always happy to assist you with making arrangements for your visit,including tours to the coral reefs for snorkeling at Buccoo,scuba diving and other water sports,trips to the tropical rain forest.

I stayed with Orville an Lestell for 3 nights when I first arrived in Tobago. They were very accommodating. I arrived in the evening and they drove me to town to buy some groceries. Orville offered good information about getting around, and at one point had his son drive me to visit Buccoo to save me having to walk to the main road and take 2 route taxis to get there. The studio apartment was very clean and well appointed, though a little dark. The price was reasonable for one person, and for a couple would have been very inexpensive. The neighbourhood of Canaan is very quiet, but far from any beaches, which was a disadvantage. I would recommend that anyone staying here have their own transportation.

I would have preffered a place with a pool in hind sight for the kids, they really love the pool, although they visited the Nylon pool, No man island, pirate bay, charlotte ville, store bay, my family and I toured the entire Island even to the beautiful Argile waterfall; we also had a car rental to move around. Lesville's guest hose where we stayed was okay quiet and a short distance from the town.
