One of the articles we plan for coming months relates to Health and Beauty. So, we would be delighted to hear the comments and opinion of all you ladies (and gents) who have used hairdressers, beauticians and any other services connected with the subject. Your comment, opinion and suggestions will be a big helping in preparing a useful article.

Hi Steve, there's a good beauty salon called The Red Door Beauty & Health Studio, in Crown Point (Pigeon Point Road). Abigail is great with hair, make-up, manicures, etc and Anne offers massages, aromatherapy and so on. I've used them primarily for wedding preparations, and they will go to the guests too, at their hotel or villa. I've also used Diva's at the Hilton.
Regards

Thanks Marie,
Yes, our research prior to our visit to Tobago had already indicated that Abigail at the Red Door was possibly the best Beauty and Health Studio. Some of our party did avail themselves of their services during our recent visit and were very impressed. We will certainly recommend the studio to anyone. But, from the point of view of the article, we are also keen to identify any other promising beauty and health studio.

Hi Steve Tobago is great as ever and sends her love. Caroline used Yvette from the Coco Reef for her wedding hair, and their beauty salon for make-up. Everyone was impressed, especially me as I went through with it!

For your health I can recommend "Usha" at Kariwak Village.
Usha is a lady, she is a registered physical therapist, additional ecucated in Ayurvedic massage. For those not used to get massages it hurts a bit first, but she finds the "bad" points of your body and helps that they become good.
Further (being a Tai Chi instructor) of course I recommend to take part in David´s Tai Chi lessons at Kariwak Village (saturday 7:30 a.m)
Regards
