We are concidering staying at the Gran Courlan hotel at the end of april / start of may.Although I understand the diving is good I am akeen windsurfer. Some of the reports for this hotel say the equipment is dated and in a poor condition. Can any body advise on what exactly is available, is there a windsurf rental shop/club near by, or on the island, or do I have to concider this a windsurfing free holiday.Any help or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks ROY

Hi Roy

Welcome aboard!

The 'free' watersports equipment available at the hotel is limited and not exactly new, but that certainly doesn't include windsurfing anyway. They have a reasonable dive shop but you might want to read our Diving article (Out & About/Activities). You would probably be best off contacting World Of Watersports - http://www.worldofwatersports.com - for windsurfing.
