Wedding Vows

We are getting married in Tobago later this year - please can anyone tell me if the wedding vows are different to a tradional English civil ceremony or are we supposed to write our own etc.

Good question Tracey, and one that I ought to have considered as we are getting married there in just over a weeks time!

Hi you two

If I recall correctly, they are the standard vows, but they were personalised quite extensively by our minister, Brent Hart - ie, he tailored them to us as a couple. I am not sure if they is scope to write and use your own, but there's no harm in asking when you meet your minister.
