Restaurants around Coco Reef

Hello and apologies for asking an initial naff question. My wife and I will be staying at the Coco Reef at the end of April for a fortnight. Although primarily our holiday is for relaxation I am concerned (we are early 30's) that the review says Coco Reef is deserted by 11pm. Are there restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if we wanted to stay out later on the odd evening? Are cabs cheap and reliable if we need to venture further afield? Last question I promise - will there be plenty of other visitors around this time of year or are we well out of season??

You will find a dozen (at least) places to have a meal in walking distance from Coco Reef. Can't name them all, but we were very pleased with Dillons sea-food just around the corner. Transport home, if needed, should not be a problem, either. We were there real off-season in October, it was relatively quiet, yes, but not at all vacated and we felt very comfortable and in good company with other happy visitors. Believe the coming months are regarded as 'busy period' in comparison.

There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance of the Coco Reef. Dillons has also been mentioned, but you must also visit Panache, just a little further down the road and then left into Pigeon Point Road - it's right next door to the Yes Tourism offices. Really good food at reasonable prices. Heading in the other direction, you should try Ruby-Lou's. Brilliant food at very reasonable prices. A 10-15 minute walk from the Coco Reef (it's next door to the Tropikist in the Store Bay area) so probably best to get a taxi. Other good choices by taxi are Amadeus, Seahorse Inn and Indigo.

Try Cafe Iguana - out of the main gate and walk towards the airport it's on the corner just on your left. See my comments on try this restaurant we had a great couple of evenings there and if you dont want to eat no problem just have a few drinks and enjoy the evening.
