I just returned from a 2 week holiday in Tobago, and spent one week at Top River Pearl in Charlotteville. I must say that it's the nicest place to stay in Charlotteville and the apartments are lovely. I loved all of the mahoghany, and the bathroom was beautifully tiled. My apartment had a wonderful view of Man of War bay. The owner, Ranier, happened to be there while I was there, and he was very helpful and friendly as was his staff. I will definitely return to Top River Pearl.
