Traveler's Checks

Getting ready for vacation in two weeks. . . am staying at the Hilton Tobago. Will travel checks be a problem or should I get local currency before traveling?

hello there
you don't really need travellers cheques (especially staying at the hilton). you kann just draw local currency from a cash machine (outside of the hilton travelers cheques are mostly only accepted by banks or accommodations). in the hilton everything can just be booked on your room and paid with credit card in the end... very simple.
