Where is the best place for a wedding/honeymoon on Tobago?

I would love to hear anyone's opinion of the best place to get married and have a honeymoon in Tobago!

Is Coco Reef bad due to the too calm beach? I love waves!
Is the Hilton really too windy?

I would appreciate anyone's honest opinion of where they would go if they were me. I'm fairly well traveled, but this will be my fiance's first visit outside of North America, so I want it to be special. Of course, it is also our wedding, so I want to go somehwere perfect!
