walking in Inn on the Bay area

Post by Ann E »

We are now on countdown to our first trip to Tobago (7 days to go)
We enjoy walking nothing strenuous just pleasant strolls and wonder if there are any easy walks in the area of Inn on the Bay to places of interest/villages/restaurants etc.

On our return I will post a report on the hotel.

Hi Ann

Have a great trip and be sure to post a report and vote in the Visitor Satisfaction poll for Inn On The Bay.

You will have nice walks along the sea front and/or beach - for several miles if the mood takes you. I can't think of any restaurants of note within walking distance, but I think you could walk into Scarborough from Inn on the Bay, if you're fit enough.

Hi Ann,

My wife and I are in countdown mode as well, we leave for Tobago on the 16th (flying BWIA from Heathrow) and will be staying just down the road from you at the Ocean Point Hotel.

Who knows we may meed at the Cat & Fiddle one evening or at Sunday School on the 19th.

Have a great holiday.

Thanks for your comments Steve - Yes I will certainly post a reply on our return from our trip, this site has been invaluable to first time visitors such as ourselves.

By the way how many miles is it to walk to Scarborough?

I was hoping you weren't going to ask that, as I've never made the walk or gone directly from Inn on the Bay to Scarborough. Anyway, my best guess is 2½-3 miles along the shoreline or coast road.
