Yes, most certainly. There are regular bus and route taxis along that route, and between all the major villages and Scarborough.

thanks for your reply, thats good to know as i know the centre of the island is very hilly and unless i was an athlete would find cycling challenging in the heat. just looked at the weather forecast for saturday and beyond!!!!!!! is it raining all day?
