2007 Schedule of Activities

Post by Clyde Alleyne »

Here's a link if you are coming to Tobago in 2007 and would like to know if there are any special activities going on at the time you will be there. http://www.tntisland.com/calendar.html.

The schedule lists activities in both Trinidad and Tobago, so you will have to ensure that you don't mistake an event in Tobago that will actually take place in Trinidad! Some activities are unique to Tobago - Harvest Fests and the Donkey, Goat and Crab races are Tobago only. If you get friendly with the local Tobagonians, you can ask them to take you to one of the Harvests - its like a big community party and you can't get more immersed in the local lifestyle than by hanging out at a Harvest.

Thanks for the link Clyde but I think you need to omit the fullstop after

Ah okay. Just thought I would check.

Yes, I believe a number of generations did receive drilling from the English Grammer teachers, a drilling that I am to this day eternally grateful for. Sitting in doors during the Christmas holidays writing out 500 verbs in present, past, future and another tense which I have forgotten (future perfect?) as homework due in on the first day after the holidays was not however, appreciated at the time!
