Amazing how accurate your forecasts are
Hi Paul,
We've been here for 10 days now and it is amazing how accurate you are able to forecast the weather. Last night's tropical wave dumped a lot of rain, but foretunately all over night. Second time this has happened for us on this trip. I presume we have just been lucky. We came in the rainy season expecting a few wet days but the weather has been great.

Hi Geoff and thanks for the compliment
This wave has pulled up the ITCZ right over Tobago so the air is going to be a little unstable for a couple more days unfortunately and there is still going to be the risk of heavy rain.
Very hit and miss ... but keep a brolly with you just in case.
Regards

Hi everyone
It looks like the first sizeable Storm of the season is brewing off the African coast for arrival in the Caribbean at the end of this week.
Check out Liquid Sunshine and the Hurricane 2007 Post where I will be posting updates throughout the week.

Hi David
It looks like it but the rainclouds are the southern half of the system, the centre of the circulation is towards the top of the 'blob' that you see on the sat loops.
The northern part of the circulation has been struggling to produce rainclouds due to dust in the atmosphere there but conditions are gradually improving from the depression's point of view.
Regards

Greetings al from Tropical Paradise.Yesterday (Sunday) was absolutely glorious, with just a few bubbly clouds in the mid afternoon, the sea is getting calmer and the beer cooler.

Looking at your avatar It brings to mind, "The Sun Has Got It's Hat On, Hip Hip Hip Hooray... "
And actually the sun has just this minute decided to come out.

Re: LIQUID SUNSHINE - Feedback
Good morning from Tobago.Yesterday started quite pleasantly sunny beautiful sea etc.Went for a drive to C'ville on the Carib road - 45minutes an I wasn't pushing it! In the afternoon it got slightly overcast but still fine.
This morning as I left Casatara(in the sunshine)got halfway to Runnemede and the skies opened, stopped by the time I reached Mason Hall here in Scarborough it is hot and humid!
I am sorry if my posts are upsetting anyone,I'll just have to drown my sorrows
Bye David

You are certainly not upsetting me David. Quite the opposite. I am counting down the days. Five weeks today and we will be in the sky, headed in your direction.
