Last year while on holiday, my 5 year daughter got the taste for parasailing and is desperate to do it again. Does anybody know of any facilities in Tobago to do this?

Sadly, Kirsten, I think not. I suspect that the NE Trade Winds are a little too strong and cause problems. I could be totally wrong of course, but can simply say that I've never seen any done on Tobago and not of the known watersport operators seem to list it.
