Stanford 20-20

Post by Paul Williams »

I see that Trinidad and Tobago are again in the final of the Stanford 20-20 tonight (which for some of our members who do not follow or understand the great game is CRICKET), I really hope they go on to beat Jamaica as it will do so much to lift the profile of the game in the area. I know I speak for many cricket lovers around the world and we want to see the West Indies side as the force it was in the 1980's.
Good luck to T&T.

Due to work committments I did not get the chance to watch the game last night but thanks to Sky+ I have watched it this evening and it was a great performance by the boys from T&T, they were the best team in the whole tournament because they were a "team".
After finishing the last tournament as runners up it really is a triumph to win it this time.
Well done T&T
