Shall we walk from the airport to the tropikist?

Post by Amber »

Hi I wonder if someone can advise me about transport from the airport to the tropikist hotel. We are only staying there for four nights and then going to castara but our arrangements don't include a transfer. I gather the tropikist is really near the airport but we have tow small children and baggage and not sure walking the best idea ??? Shall we get a taxi and how much should I expect to be charged? Also can anyone tell me if there is a cashpoint at the airport?
Thanks so much for your help!!

You could do but with all the luggage you will probably have, it is better to pay a few pounds and have a taxi ride there. This way you will be at The Tropikist within a few minutes!

Yes there are a couple of cash-points across the road from the airport. If you ask someone nicely they will point you in the right direction.

The ATM´s
On ATM is near the parking area, the other belongs to Republic Bank.
I would say the ATM by the parking area is closer/better when you arrive.
