Telephoning Tobago

I have been trying to phone the Douglas Apartments as they have not replied to my emails and I want to find out more about their two bedroom apartments. Could anyone tell me please what code I use before the phone number advertised on their website (868 639 7723.

that depends on where you are calling from...
from europe it is 001 868 and then teh 7 digit number
I think from the US it would be only 1 868 and the number, but I am not sure...

Aha! I managed to get through to Tobago thanks to Brian. Their email has been down but the receptionist promised to email me tomorrow with the details. Fingers crossed.
