Charlotteville Funeral

Yesterday, Tuesday, Charlotteville had one of, if not the biggest, funerals anyone can remember. Curtis (Aming, Workshop Sea Tours) Antoine's 16 year old daughter, Samantha, passed away last week and she was laid to rest yesterday in Charlotteville. The service was held at the Methodist church which had extra tents setup outside. Numerous youth groups and honor guards were present and participated. She was buried at the local cemetary following the service. Samantha will be remembered as a two time Junior Angler winner in the Tobago International Game Fishing Tournament, most recently this past March. Our prayers are with you Curtis and Lenore.

How sad that such a gifted girl should die so young. It is lovely that there were so many people to support her on her final journey.

My thoughts are with her family.
