Karen, her manager Gail, and the remainder of her staff are extremely gracious and helpful host. The breakfast only service is moderately priced ($6-$8 US) restaurants and the beach are all within 5 min walking distance. The amenities cable (no remote for t.v.), air conditioning, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, 2 burner unit basic kitchen set, 2 seater table available in studio with a private balancy, table and two seater chair included, views of garden or street Overall a fair to moderately good rating the accomodations and landscaping are in need of some TLC
