Green Palm Hotel

I am trying to book a holiday for a friend from the UK. trying to decide between Green Palm Hotel and Storebay holiday Resort. The problem is the Green Palm is apparently quite new so I can't find any info on them besides what is on their website. Can anyone assist with info that would help me to make a decision. Has anyone visited or stayed at Green Palm?

You've got me here. Never heard of the Green Palm Hotel and their website frankly gives me very bad vibes, due to the lack of information. The address they show on their Facebook page indicates it is on the residential Bon Accord development. I would play safe and go with the Store Bay.

In the meantime, can anybody help me get some information - or even an email address - for the Green Palm Hotel?

When clicking on their "Contact Us" the e-mailaddress is shown, [email protected]; but the link to the map doesn´t work

When I´d click on "Reservations", a page with three photos is shown. These photos are for sure NOT Tobago!

When I´d click on "Hortel Amenities" three photos are shown, a gym (coming soon), a massage place and Concierge desk. A large pool and a hugh area with washing machins (upon request) are also shown, doesnt look real for me.

And Customer Support,
1 What is the reservations policy? Their answer: "The reservation policy..."
2 My travel plans have changed, can I modify my reservations on-line? Their answer: "The answer goes here..."

I wonder if it´s something like a website offer some years ago when their addresses were linked to US and to different Islands in W.I. Someone use the Internet to put together a website with a lot of photos, sometimed taken somewhere else and those who haven´t been i Tobago say "Oh, what a lovely place, lets go.." As they show a street address in Bon Accord, I hope someone can take a walk and give us a picture.

A search at "whois" also give a lot of mixed informations, but according to that, the person live in San Fernando Trinidad. The person also owns 6 other domains, an e-mail address, street address an phone/fax number are also shown. This page also say:
Creation date: 27 Aug 2009 01:04:27
Expiration date: 27 Aug 2010 01:04:27

I really hope that no one already has choosen this place, wait and see if we get real information from Tobago.
Choose some known places instead.

I have been emailing him to get info. He called me and we had a chat about the hotel, he seemed like a nice chap. It is apparently still under development so not very well know yet. Please let me know how your email inquiries turn out.
