Hi Sterling

Afraid not! The waters around Tobago are not for the inexperienced and no responsible boatmaster would allow someone unfamiliar with the waters to take a boat out.

I figured as much, i'm not new to tobago, ive been going there since i was a toddler and have never seen any such services.... what about a guide that would be willing to drop a few of us off somewhere and come back later for us? anything of that nature that you know of and can recommend?

Yes, they can do that ... you just ask ... if you take a boat tour for yourself the guide or boat operator will plan your day according to what you want to do ... within reason of course.
