My friends and I loved the location of Kia's. We enjoyed some of the fruit that was on the property and the service was courteous. Karen went beyond the call of duty to accommodate all of our requests. The apartment we had was plenty sufficient for our group, however, it lack modern conveniences like a coffee maker - we had to get creative when we went for that morning cup of joe, the plumbing could use a clean out and the curtains needed to be washed. Nevertheless, we will stay at this property again because we had such a great time and again, the location was ideal!
