Thanks for the feedback, John.

Although the main area of cloud and rain has dispersed there are still a few showers around.

.......yup. Very heavy shower this morning - fortunately we were in RBTT at the time so I watched the cricket while my wife queued to change travellers cheques. Bright and sunny from then on until late afternoon brought some cloud cover and a short shower followed by a much heavier one some time after sunset.

Thank John / Andy

The satloops are showing it be very clear and the saharan dust is strong over Tobago.

This indicates that only minor showers could occur for the next 2/3 days (mostly at night).

Studley Park,
The third day that is bright and sunny. It must be something about Carnival ....glorious sunshine. Trying to remember when it last rained for J'overt!
Up at Kings Bay on Sat....short late afternoon shower and yesterday it looked like it might rain for Mt. St George Harvest. But nothing happened. Thinking dry season may have started.
Cheers,
Carol

I have to agree!! It was a beautiful sunny day with some much needed scattered clouds. But I'm afraid to jump de gun and say dry season is here! Let's hope so.

Sorry to spoil it ... low pressure is developing over South America and pushing plumes of moisture north over Trinidad and Tobago.

Some of the rain is very heavy ... it's not yet started properly over Tobago but it will in the next hour or so.

No rain so far in Trincity / Trinidad. Just watching the parade of the bands in POS. No rain there either.

Hi Paul,
If the rain is coming; it's taking it's time....which is just fine with me. We had a brief heavy shower last night...could that have been it?? Just looked out....blue, blue sky and a few clouds...cirrus ones to make a guess.
Cheers,
Carol

Well, not here, Paul. In fact, it cleared up since yesterday. Partly cloudy and sunny right now
in Trincity.

It's been a lovely clear morning so far, here on Grafton Beach. One of the nicest sunsets I've seen in a few years last night. There's one big dark cloud moving over at the moment, but seems to be clear behind it. Seems very calm and settled, so hopefully that weather front has diverted and missed Tobago.

Well Paul,
You were right....started raining last night around 8:30 and went off and on most of the night and early morning. Still not looking very clear. How about tomorrow...sunny? or maybe some sunshine!
Cheers, Carol

North-West Trinidad had a brief heavy shower yesterday afternoon. Since then it is partly cloudy and
doesn't look like rain for now.

Beautiful morning here on Grafton beach - almost cloudless skies and seems very settled. Click here to see what it looked like just 5 minutes ago. Hope I made those in colder climates jealous! :P
