Hi,

Have just got my tickets today and Baggage allowance stated is 20kg.
When I flew with Monarch it was 40kg.
Steve didn't you say it was still 40kg it must have just changed I will call airline to check on Monday

Forgot to say my tickets have been issued by Tropical Places but flying Excel.

Hi

Have just answered my own question.
I have telephoned Excel Airways at Gatwick today and they have confirmed the limit is 40kg and to ignore what is on the ticket and that no more than 32kg can be packed into one piece of luggage.
