Looking forward to a trip out to Tobago in early January. I can count on the fingers of one hand all the things I will miss while away from the UK. Well, actually, one thing; football. Is there anywhere on the island to watch English Premier League football?......

Graham,
Further to previous reply - you may well be able to watch games in your own accommodation.
European football matches are shown on Fox Soccer (Channel 35) and Sportsmax (Channel 47). Saturday lunchtime, Saturday afternoon abd Sunday English games are live. Some midweek ones too.

Graham,
most of the accomodations and bars are equipped with either Cable TV (TRICO) or Satellite TV (DirecTV).
On both services you can watch ESPN, Fox Soccer Channel (FSC) and SPORTSMAX. Football "galore".
If i feel to share my enthusiasm for a match (and have a few drinks) with somebody, i usually go to
"Colors" bar at Pigeon Point junction. Tell Steve, the owner, what you want to watch and he will tune the
big flat screen to that channel. Enjoy !
